TAKE YOUR KEY aims to make a difference by working in partnership with local educational organizations to expand the volume of students who successfully enroll in post-secondary education. TYK has developed an individualized goal-oriented plan for students in all grade levels K-12 to help them meet the state requirements. The programs and workshops will be provided in local academic environments and communities.

Elementary/Middle School

• Create individualized plans that students will follow throughout elementary and middle school
• Provide necessary guidance to both parents and students
• Motivate students to participate in voluntary service activities
• Assist in homework, projects, and other academic activities
• Connect students with other academic programs
• Provide workshops:

1. resume-building
2. time management
3. cover-letter writing,
4. and other important skills

High School

• Create individualized plans that students will follow throughout high school
• Provide necessary guidance for students to successfully complete high school
  
• Motivate students to participate in voluntary service activities
• Provide workshops:

4. interview skills, and other important skills
   

• Provide information about scholarships, FAFSA, and other types of available financial assistance
• Assist students in their college/university application process
